1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Disc-O-Bed EU GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:

• If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.

3. Shipping costs: In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are also added. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.

4. Payment: The following payment methods are available in our shop:

PayPal, credit card (Master/Visa/Amex), Maestro, ShopPay, Klarna Sofort, Klarna invoice, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

5. Self-collection: We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

6. Retention of title: The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

8. Storage of the contract text: We do not store the contract text.

9. Contract language: The language available for concluding the contract is German.

10. Warranty: We provide a 2-year warranty on our products and a 5-year warranty on our Disc-O-Bed beds.

11. Cancellation policy

Legal Cancellation Policy

11.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Disc-O-Bed EU GmbH, Lustgartenstraße 103, 79576 Weil am Rhein, by email info@discobed.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

11.2 Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

to return or hand over the goods. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

11.3 Cancellation form
